Native American Traditions—Preston Tonepahote
Saturday, November 7 • 12:00 & 2:00 Performances

Preston Tonepahote, a Kiowa storyteller, orator and traditional dancer, brings this special performance to The Magic House. Preston tells Native American animal tales, creation myths and legends, as well as historical accounts and personal experiences.

Preston Tonepahote is a member of the intertribal Eagle Talon Brotherhood, and he also performs with dancers and drummers from numerous tribal backgrounds. He lives in Orrick, Missouri, and shares his knowledge of Native American traditions in performances at festivals, concerts and schools throughout the Midwest.
