Piwacket Theatre takes the stage for a performance of the favorite fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood. Wearing her trademark scarlet cape, a little girl ventures into the forest to visit her grandmother and learns some important lessons about safety along the way. After the play, visit the exhibit Once Upon a Time: Exploring the World of Fairy Tales. Created by The Magic House, this exhibit explores fairy tales from around the world including Lon Po Po, the Chinese version of Little Red Riding Hood.
Piwacket Theatre captivates young audiences with their original adaptations of fairy tales. Their productions focus on character education, delivering messages of respect, cooperation and tolerance to children throughout the country. Piwacket Theatre is produced by OFF The CUFF Productions at the Black Cat Theatre in Maplewood, Missouri.
