Bookmobile Magic
9:30 am – 2:00 pm
The St. Louis County Library’s bookmobile will be rolling into The Magic House’s back parking lot throughout the summer! Kids can check out this fun library on wheels and even check out a book to read. Aboard the bookmobile, kids will have the opportunity to get their very own library card and sign up for the library’s summer reading club.
The Bookmobile will be on site at The Magic House from 9:30 am – 2:00 pm on the following dates:

Adult Play Date
June 20, 2013
7:00 – 10:00pm
Help us kick off the start of the summer with a special night of fun! Join us for an Adult Play Date evening at The Magic House. Adults 21 and over are invited to have some grown-up playtime in the museum exploring hundreds of hands-on exhibits. Make your hair stand on end at the electro-static generator, take a ride down a three-story slide and even enjoy adult beverages. Money raised will support the Rally St. Louis project to create a Magic House play and learning space for children in Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.
$15 per person
Fairy Tale Tea with Cinderella

11:00 am, 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm
Once upon a time, The Magic House will host a special tea party where aspiring princes and princesses will have the opportunity to sip tea or apple juice, dine on assorted pastries, make a bejeweled crown to take home and enjoy a short, live production of Cinderella inside the Whitaker Theater at The Magic House. Following the play, kids can see their favorite characters up close as Cinderella, Prince Charming and the Fairy Godmother visit with guests and sign autographs.
$20 per person for non-members
$15 per person for members
