Soccer Training Center

Opening Thursday, March 16

The Magic House and St. Louis CITY SC have teamed up to create a new soccer-themed exhibit designed to help children learn more about the sport of soccer, imagine themselves as part of the team, and get excited about health and wellness through the power of play and sports!

The exhibit features a team locker room, training center, and state-of-the-art soccer simulator.

The locker room will mimic the modern one-of-a-kind design at CITYPARK and features CITY SC’s vice-captain Tim Parker and South African standout midfielder Njabulo Blom. Children will get to try on shin guards, and St. Louis City SC kits. Kids can train just like their favorite players as they participate in a circuit training workout that tests strength, endurance, agility, flexibility and balence. Then before heading onto the practice pitch, listen to an inspirational speech from head coach, Bradley Carnell. The highlight of the exhibit will be a soccer simulator, where kids are able to kick a real soccer ball into a virtual net.

The Soccer Training Center exhibit possible by the generous support of Jo Ann Taylor Kindle .
