Holiday Magic

Celebrate the magic of the holidays at The Magic House this year with the Museum’s new Holiday Magic experience, December 1 through 31!  In addition to festive decorations throughout the 55,000 square foot facility, families will enjoy the magic of the holidays with brand new outdoor experiences, all included with Museum admission, featuring:

  • Gingerbread Village where kids make pretend cookies, decorate gingerbread men and play gingerbread games.
  • Snowball Carnival where families will enjoy a whimsical winter visit to the Museum’s front play garden where they can enjoy a variety of snowball–themed carnival games and more!

Reservations are required for this reduced capacity, holiday fun event.

Reserve Tickets

The Magic House adheres to all CDC, local and state guidelines including, limiting attendance to allow for social distancing and requiring all staff as well as visitors ages 5+ to wear masks. Hand sanitizer and wipe stations are placed throughout the Museum and staff members are cleaning continuously throughout all public hours.

Magical Nights

Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays in December
5:00 to 8:00 pm

Book your tickets for the all-new Magical Nights, an evening event at The Magic House! Enjoy the twinkling light display after dark, story time with Mrs. Claus, cookies and milk, photos with Santa in his socially-distanced sleigh and private playtime throughout The Magic House.  Reservations are required for this extremely limited-capacity (approx. 5% of full capacity) event.

Registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Cost: 
$10 per member
$20 per non-member

Visits with Santa

Special reservations, available throughout the week and on weekends, will give children the chance to visit and take family photos with Santa in a socially-distanced way. Hosted outside under the Museum’s holiday transformed “Jingle Bell’ pavilion, families will be invited to board Santa’s sleigh, share their letters with Santa through a special mail slot in the clear acrylic panel in the sleigh, plus take photos with Santa in a socially-distanced way. Available rain, shine or snow! Each Visit with Santa reservation also includes admission to the outdoor Gingerbread Village experience.

Registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Cookies with Santa

December 21 through December 23
Private 15 minute visits with Santa 

Enjoy cookies and milk, plus a private indoor visit with Santa and your immediate family! Cookies with Santa reservations also include all-day admission to The Magic House

Registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

Cost: $100 per family (includes admission for up to 6 family members, additional $12.00 per person up to 10 people)

Storytime with Mrs. Claus

Toddler Tinker Time is hosting a very special guest this December – Mrs. Claus! Throughout the month, The Magic House will feature special holiday stories and activities just for our preschool audience.
