Robotics Day

May 7
9:30 am – 1:30 pm

Teams from FIRST Robotics will be at the Museum on Saturday, May 7 to showcase their amazing robots in action! Kids can get inspired by some of the coolest inventors in town as well as get a chance to test drive their own robots, work with volunteers from Maryville University and learn more about FIRST Robotics.

Grooving in the Garden

Join us for Grooving in the Garden, a musical extravaganza that is sure to hit the right note with visitors of all ages. On the second Friday of the month throughout the summer from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, families can dance and sing the night away in the front garden while enjoying samples from Andyís Frozen Custard (while supplies last).

National Get Outdoors Day

June 11, 2016
10:00 am – 2:00 pm

Fresh-air fun will fill the Museum's front Play Garden as we celebrate National Get Outdoors Day with some good old-fashioned outdoor recreation. Jump in a bounce house, meet a creature from the Tye-Dyed Iguana, play a game of hopscotch, skip rope, hula hoop and meet some of our community partners from St. Louis Childrens Hospital, the Kirkwood YMCA, Webster Groves Farmerís Market and Smoothie King!

This event is part of The Magic Houses Good to Grow! family health initiative, designed to help grown-ups and children develop a lifetime of healthy habits including eating good foods in the right amounts, getting plenty of exercise, reducing screen time and connecting with nature.
