The Magic House Partners with Missouri Forest Products Association

ST LOUIS (December 4, 2024) – The Magic House is excited to announce an exciting new partnership with the Missouri Forest Products Association! To celebrate, The Magic House is hosting a fun and educational family event, See All A Tree Can Be.

This special event will take place on Sunday, December 8, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at The Magic House.

Families will enjoy performances of A Marvelous Magical Tree Show by Circus Kaput at  12:00 pm time and 2:15 pm as well as a reading of Paige Hulsey’s brand-new children’s book, Little Tree in a Big Forest at 1:30 pm.  In addition, children will have the opportunity to decorate a wooden ornament to take home.

This event also highlights the Missouri Forest Products Association’s sponsorship of two exciting exhibits. In the Children’s Village Ranger Station, children can take on the role of a forest ranger as they learn about forest management.  And, in the Home Under Construction in the Kids’ Construction Zone, kids will roll up their sleeves to explore all the ways that wood is used in home construction from laying wood flooring, painting wood wainscoting, and connect plumbing pipes under a wood cabinet, while learning how wood is used to frame a house under construction.
