Toddler Time: A Fun-Filled Morning Program for Toddlers

ST LOUIS (March 26, 2025) – Families are invited to start their day with fun and play at Toddler Time, a special early-morning program designed exclusively for toddlers and their parents or caregivers. This program will be held every Tuesday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., starting April 1. The cost is $5 per person

Toddler Time takes place in our brand-new Play Café, an inviting space created just for young children and their families. Here’s what participants can look forward to:

  • Interactive Fun: Engage in hands-on activities with a new theme each week.
  • Exclusive Playtime: Enjoy private playtime before we open to the public in our new exhibit, Super WHY!: Super Readers, Power Up!, and the Front Play Garden
  • Grown-Up Perk: Treat yourself to free coffee at our new coffee bar, complete with creamers and flavored syrups.

Located just outside the Picnic Basket Café, the Play Café is the perfect spot for families to start their day with fun and play. Toddlers can sit at their own kid-sized picnic tables, make a collaborative mosaic on the Play Garden wall, bring buckets of activities to their tables, and more!

Each week, Toddler Time features a new theme with engaging activities to keep little ones entertained and learning. Upcoming April themes include:

  • April 1-4: Weather Watchers
  • April 8-11: Tiny Green Thumbs
  • April 14-17: Things that Go
  • April 21-25: Little Bug Explorers
