The Magic House at MADE has been beautifully restored and transformed into a unique event space with modern amenities while still maintaining its original character. From painting on a digital easel to building robots and launching rockets, The Magic House at MADE offers a variety of interactive experiences for all ages. Located between the Central West End and the Loop, The Magic House at MADE is the perfect venue for your next event!

Rental Fee: $400 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Capacity: 200 people
Availability: Saturday – Thursday after 6:00 pm

Catering & Event Planning

Approved Caterers:

The Magic House at MADE provides an extensive list of approved caterers that offer a variety of culinary
options. If using a caterer, please select from our list. This list can be found here.


Event Coordination:

The Magic House will assist you with room design and vendor referrals. You may find it necessary to hire a professional event coordinator to assist you in planning as well as join you on event day.


Location and Parking:

The Magic House at MADE has approximately 30 parking spaces for use during private events. You may utilize these spaces at no additional cost. Additional, street parking is available on Delmar Boulevard. Should you decide to hire a valet service or security, The Magic House can provide you with recommendations.

Services & Amenities

Included with Rental:

• Use of The Magic House at MADE.
• Facility Rental Manager and staff to assist with activities.
• Up to 3 6-foot tables are included with your rental.


Event Timing and Set-up:

The event facilities will be made available to you for set-up at 5:30 pm. In addition to the hourly rate, any events occurring past 10:00 pm will be subject to a late-night fee.


Deposits and Space Confirmation:

Dates are reserved upon receipt of a signed contract and non-refundable deposit (20%). The agreement is not considered final until the deposit is received. The final balance is due in full no less than 14 days prior to your event.


Guarantees and Cancellations:

A final confirmation of your anticipated number of guests is requested 2 weeks prior to your event. Cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing to The Magic House at MADE. The 20% deposit is non-refundable.
